I've read The Gargoyle and The Last Queen. Both are excellent.
Midwives, Middlesex and The Portrait of a Lady have been on my TBR list for a while now.
Good luck with the challenge.
I agree with what Shana said, The Gargoyle is an excellent read!
I'm about halfway done Middlesex and enjoying it also.
Wednesday Sisters is on my TBR - I cannot wait to start this one.

I've not read any of those. Quickly adding them to my list for "someday."
I absolutely loved Middlesex. Wonderfully written book. Others on your list look really interesting. I'll have to watch for the reviews.
Wonderful list! Middlesex was a different, but enjoyable read. It's been so long since I read Midwives I may just have to revisit it soon. :) Good luck and happy reading.

Oh, this is a really interesting list. There a quite a few books I haven't heard of and it looks like you are reading quite a few classics, which makes me think that I should have at least included one classic in my list! :)
Oh, you're going to have a wonderful time! I love Portrait of a Lady and The Ivory and the Horn, and Middlesex was thought-provoking.
